I have just installed and tried Reaper and it is not acknowledging any midi imputs from the Nanopad though does recognise the pad is plugged in and brings it up in the options as a device. Also my computer is recognising the nanopad is plugged in as does nanokontrol software.

Going on the sound settings of my computer and using the tests my speakers are working but Realtek digital output test produces no sound …

Using reaper and recording it doesn’t record any input from my nanopad so not playing sound is not the only problem.

All my system sounds are on and I can play music and EZDer lite (using mouse) and play midi tracks in windows media player but nothing from the nanopad …

    Any help/tips on solving this?

    Thank you,
    Xeo

Edit; I have checked for driver updates through windows and they are all up to date.

Thanks I’ll try Reaper, drivers are all up to date.

What do you mean by audio interface? I’m using ASIO4ALL v2, hardware wise i’ve got a basic’ish intel chipset for a laptop.

I’ll reply once i’ve tried it, thanks for the help.

Thanks for the reply, that would make a lot of sense =)

NanoKontrol acknowledges the nanopad as I can semi program it. But i have no programs which will take a midi input for me to test it. Any tips on free programs I can download to test it?

BTW the old TTS with EZDrummer works when clicked so my sound is working but nothing with the nanopad. Setting the midi device it has nanopad as an option (no tick box like the new TTS) and I have tried all the channels though I assume omni will get access to the working ones anyway.

    Thanks for the help,
    Xeo
