Hi,
If you keep a clip in the EZdrummer 2 Songtrack at the bottom of the plugin window you can always right click it and click “Show in Browser”.
If you dragged the clip directly from the browser and out to the track in your DAW one way to find the clip would be to export it from the DAW and then use that clip in the Tap2Find tool in EZdrummer 2 to find similar clips. Using the same clip should render a 100% match.

Yes, At the bottom of the FAQ there is a “Contact Support” button you can use to get in touch with our Support. Provide them with the serial number, your Toontrack account e-mail and the ticket number and they’ll look into it!
Hi,
Before our Support Team can make a transfer – or rather update and remove a serial from a user so a new user can register it- we need the original owner to e-mail them with a request to transfer the license.
His e-mail should include the Name and serial number of the product and the Name and E-mail of the new owner (In this case you)
After they’ve received his transfer request they can to update the serial number and make it available for you to register to your account.

Thanks for your message and interest in EZkeys. Under the image on each EZkeys product page – next to the “Add to Cart” button there is a “Try It Now” button. Please click that button to download either Mac or PC versions of the Demo.

– The piano will detune for ten seconds every 30-60 sec.
– Drag and Drop from EZkeys to host or OS disabled
– Export disabled
– Saving is disabled
– Saving presets for presets disabled
– Saving presets for MIDI-learn disabled
– Favorites disabled
– There is no time limitation

EZdrummer 2 is for drum sound samples and MIDI grooves, while EZmix 2 is mixing presets, effect- and signal processing chains, Amp simulation etc. It does include mix presets for drums but you do not get any Sounds or MIDI nor the songwriting tools you get in EZdrummer 2.

The Custom Shop EZX works in EZdrummer 2 or Superior Drummer 3.
Unfortunately the EZdrummer Lite Upgrade does not work in your case. It is for owners of the limited Lite version.
In this case, either the full version of EZdrummer 2 or Superior Drummer 3 would be the way to go.
