Where is the software I just bought?? . Email confirms my purchase but no serial number and my account says I haven’t purchased any products. How unfit for purchase can your purchase system be. I would think it would be impossible for it to be any worse, well done!!!! We have identified a number of products we would like to purchase but you seem to have designed the ultimate sales killer??
I’m having the same problem as others have experienced. I’ve purchased a product, received an email confirming the purchase but no serial number plus in my account it says I haven’t purchased a product. This is probably the worst purchase system I’ve ever encountered and looks incredibly inappropriate. The fact that some have managed to deal with this system does not make it correct or suitable for purpose!!
