I too am a long time Toontrack customer. I have purchased several libs from you by DL and have yet to encounter the partial DL However, I just fell for it.

I have the very same issues that the above posters do. I have had issues in the past receiving product in a timely manner from Toontrack, and I really don’t like not having a tracking number, or the opportunity to choose shipping details and methods.

I too love your products, I am not happy with this aspect.

While I completely agree that most of McDsp’s plugs sound really good, I  don’t think that AC1 sounds like any high end desk I have worked on, SSL, Trident, Neve, etc. Furthermore, IMHO, AC2 does not impart the sound of analog tape.
 
I love the compressor and filter plugs though. They sound great.
 
I totaly agree that usung the right tool for the job should be key. I still love my other Waves plugs.

I had the Mc DSPs for Pro Tools as well. Really liked em. Don’t think they hold a matchstick to these waves plugs!

I have had the pleasure of working on some of the best console platforms in the world, including the SSL G series. These plug-ins nail that rich sound!

WOW!!! These Waves SSL plugs are unreal! or, actually very REAL! They have that elusive third dimension that so many modeling plugs do not. Go out, hock a kidney or sell a cnild on the black market and buy these plug-ins. You won’t regret it!
 
At less then $500 retail, these are a steal.

Just cut a deal for the same price on the SSL plugs here in town! I have to wait till Monday for an ilock key. AAAAAAARRRRRGGGG!!!!
