I can’t reproduce any issues. I have a Win7 64-bit SP1 machine running EZkeys 1.2.1 standalone with Electric Grand 1.0.2. I am using an RME Digiface with the ASIO drivers. Can you give the exact steps you do to get the crash? I’ve dragged a MIDI groove to the browser and clicked on a chord. The Chord Wheel opens and I can change the chord to any other chord with no issues.

    Hi!
I think I’ve found the problem after much searching! My ASIO driver is not stable or consistent. When I installed a generic ASIO driver I got everything to work and with less load in performens monitor in my DAW. So now I work and see if I get the problem back or not. If the problem comes back, I will buy a new sound card instead!

Sorry if I caused any problem for you at Toontrack! 😮

Are you using Windows? Which version? What audio sound device are you using the ASIO drivers with? The more info we have about your system them better.

I have Win7 64 bit SP1 and latest Windows Updates. Soundcard is M-Audio Delta AP192 with the latest drives (6.0.8).
And, every Toontrack plugins (and other music software) I have has no problem to work with the ASIO driver I use.

What are your computer specs? What version of EZkeys are you using? Are there updates available that you haven’t downloaded and installed?

My computer have 32 Gb RAM and a i5 CPU. Every Toontrack software I have has the latest version of it!
AND as I wrote. I don´t have this problem with any other (yet) of my EZkeys, keys.
