Gates and sharp Q notches are your friend for this 🙂

If you have superior drummer 3, the envelope feature is useful for this as well.

Hey, I haven’t used SD2 so Im not familiar with how to save a preset as a separate file,
is there anywhere I can read up on how to do this.. thanks!
