yes im on mac osx sierra 10.12.6
i was register but not yet installed because the size is about 500 GB and it takes time to install, so i prefer to install one by one …

The Superior Drummer 3 serial that was removed from the account mentioned in your first post is a different serial. It was purchased on a different order using a different name and e-mail address.
The Toontrack Support has more info on the different orders and purchases made and we recommend communicating directly with the Toontrack Support in this matter.

i am order from my friend , and all the serial is not used before
so i was the only one that register all the serial with toontrack product manager …

my bro , yesterday or sunday night i was register all the superior product and it was success i had complete superior drum in my account , but in monday evening when i want to download and install them one by one , all my superior was empty , suddenly gone away …
it made my recording session messed up…
it was inconvenience thing…
