    Okay I need some help. I own superior drummer for 3 years I recently purchased ezkeys plus I own several other software. My pc took a crap and I had to reinstall windows.  Toontrack claims it is tied to some email I have never had.  I have receipts for all my  purchases and serial numbers and I can’t seem to get any help in this matter just back and forth emails that take 24 to 48 hours to respond back.

    I feel like I am a little fish in a big pond.  Can someone please help me get this resolved before next year?

    I can send pics of everything needed. My work flow has come to a screaching halt.  I need Assistance please.

    The simplest questions would be:

    What is the email address that your products are registered to?

    Are they registered to more than one account? If so, what are the email addresses?

    Hi,

    I want to put ezdrummer2 on my laptop for arranging music at night instead of my computer I do all my recording on besides my computer I record with is 8 years old and I don’t want it on for hours arranging drum tracks. I just found out you can have the program authorized for 2 computers and only use one at a time.  Do I just log in with my new laptop which does have windows 11 and downlead product manager and will it show all my products? I have 73 products and that includes EZkeys which I am not going to download on my laptop. If I do this will effect my recording computer at all and do I need to put in the key numbers for each drum set and all my extra style packs which are very many that I bought which I have a lot of money well invested because it sounds great . I would really appreciate your help. I read that you can authorize for 2 computers but I just want to double check incase something has changed. Any suggestions on how to do this also.  Thank you and I will be the only one using the programs.

    Yes you can install your products on 2 computers. Download the Toontrack Product Manager (it will show all of your products), log in, download the products you want want authorize them via Product Manager.

    EZdrummer and EZbass aren’t audio effects, the are instruments. They should appear in the instrument menu.

    It looks like your EZD3 Webshop purchase didn’t automatically register the Core Sound Library to your account like it should have. You should have 2 serial numbers for your EZD3 purchase. One for the plugin and one for the sounds library.

    I’ve manually registered the Core Library to your Toontrack account. You should be able to download and install it from your Toontrack Product Manager now and shouldn’t receive the error pop-up when launching EZD3 anymore.

    From your account history you are still trying to use the Website instead of the Product Manager application. Using the Product Manager application will make authorizing easier.

    I recently updated to ProTools 2024.3 and now my ezdrummer will not open unless in rosetta. Is this a known issue?

    Operating system: macOS Monterey (12)

    As Rixa posted above:

    Discontinued products that are not being updated anymore has not and depending on your DAW, you must run your DAW in Rosetta mode in order to use those.

    Are you running EZD3? Or the discontinued EZD1 or 2?

    Hello . i sent you an email but no response. i need my product working i’m in a rush. I deleted all authoization slots and i can’t add my own computer. Can you please fix it ? maybe you can clear all my slots ?

    I’ve removed all inactive authorizations. You should be able to authorize your new computer.
