    Please contact Toontrack directly via the Contact Support button in the FAQ below.  Let them know the situation. They’ll probably have to merge your old account with your new email address.

    I installed ezdrummer 3 and the core library but it asks me for the serial number .
    Unfortunately I have not received any serial number ? can you provide it to me ?

    I’m not sure what is asking for your EZD3 serial number.

    If you’re installing through the Toontrack Product Manager you should be clicking the Install button followed by the Authorize button and then the Update button. Your product serial number should be displayed with your product in Product Manager if you need it though.

    Please provide more info if your still having trouble.

    Ok. To make it as clear as I can;

    In your first post you show a product registered to your account called EZdrummer – Lite Upgrade. If that product is registered to your Toontrack account, you are eligible for the EZD3 upgrade purchase.

    Please look at the FAQ answer as to what versions of EZD qualify for the EZD3 upgrade pricing.

    I see EZD3 in your account currently. Was there another purchase you are referring to or are you all set now?

    Please remove my authorization on my old  iMac (Grant Blair’s iMac) that I just recycled.  I have a new Mac and am unable to use EZ drummer.  Thank you,  Grant Blair

    MOD EDIT: Don’t post product serial numbers on a public forum.

    You don’t have any inactive authorizations in your account for your products. Please use the Toontrack Product Manager to manage your authorizations. You can remove an active authorization you currently have and authorize your new machine.

    Take a look at the walk-through video on the Product Manager page. Around the 5:40 mark shows the Authorization tab in Product Manager. Click ‘remove’ then authorize your new machine.

    As a forum moderator I can’t adjust products to differnt email addresses. It’s beyond my purview. I will reach out to Toontrack Support directly.

    The first email screenshot show Arturia Piano which isn’t a Toontrack Product.

    I see products registered to proaudioguy@mail.com.

    Is there another email address that you have products registered to? If so, what is the email address?
