EZdrummer and EZbass aren’t audio effects, the are instruments. They should appear in the instrument menu.

It looks like your EZD3 Webshop purchase didn’t automatically register the Core Sound Library to your account like it should have. You should have 2 serial numbers for your EZD3 purchase. One for the plugin and one for the sounds library.
I’ve manually registered the Core Library to your Toontrack account. You should be able to download and install it from your Toontrack Product Manager now and shouldn’t receive the error pop-up when launching EZD3 anymore.

From your account history you are still trying to use the Website instead of the Product Manager application. Using the Product Manager application will make authorizing easier.

I recently updated to ProTools 2024.3 and now my ezdrummer will not open unless in rosetta. Is this a known issue?

Discontinued products that are not being updated anymore has not and depending on your DAW, you must run your DAW in Rosetta mode in order to use those.
Are you running EZD3? Or the discontinued EZD1 or 2?

Hello . i sent you an email but no response. i need my product working i’m in a rush. I deleted all authoization slots and i can’t add my own computer. Can you please fix it ? maybe you can clear all my slots ?
I’ve removed all inactive authorizations. You should be able to authorize your new computer.

You don’t have any inactive authorizations. If you use the Toontrack Product Manager you can remove an old authorized computer and authorize you new computer from there.

I’ve found your order and resent your invoice that shows the serial number of your product. The email address used at time of purchase was different than your forum email address. Please check if your invoice is in that email and check the spam folder as well.
Use that serial number to register your product in the Toontrack Product Manager. You can then download, install and authorize from the Product Manager.

Hello, I just purchased EZ Drummer 3 as a guest, I was instructed to create an account, after I created my account, there was no software other than the free trial of EZ Drummer.

I can’t find an order from your Toontrack Webshop using your forum email.
Where did you purchase from and did you use a different email address? Did you get an order confirmation email that included a product serial number?
