I also having the same issue and sent an email, but got no response……can you also remove my inactive authorizations?
Were you having computer issues? Is that why you used 3 authorizations in January 2022?

Both EZD3 and S3 require a 64-bit host when running as a plugin.
If you’re using EZD3 in 32-bit Reaper you must be using its bit bridge which has been know to cause issues and is not a supported way to run it consistently.

My account was tied to an old email. I have EZDrummer, Superior Drummer EZ Keys, etc. I logged out and then couldn’t log back in. Clicked on forgot password but it wanted to send it to old no longer existent email. I put in new email. Now neither account exists. I created a new account so I could log on but that account doesn’t have any products.
No One to contact
Any ideas?

I don’t see an order in our system made using your forum email. Did you purchase from the Toontrack Webshop? Did the order process go all the way through to completion? Did you get an order confirmation and order number? Did you purchase from a 3rd party retailer?

I purchased ezdrummer 3 and did it as a guest an email was sent to me but I can’t find a serial number or a link or anything in the email. It’s a bunch of different e-mails and what looks like random letters and numbers. I can’t make any sense out of it.

Okay, the status of my payment is now succesfull.
I do not have an order number / order confirmation.After the purchase I received nothing and my account still says I have no available items.
Well, without any order number or order confirmation I don’t have anything to search for in our system to see if an order went through or not.

I’ve purchase from the webshop today. I did however noticed my payment is on reservation. Maybe that is why toontracks didn’t confirm the purchase.
I’m based in the Netherlands, so maybe it takes longer to transfer?

Around 18.00 today I’ve purchased toontracks hip hop, but I did not receive an email containing a serial code.Could you look into this for me?

Install the Toontrack Product Manager on the new computer.
Open it and log into it with your Toontrack account credentials.
Download, install, and authorize from inside the Product Manager.
You can also remove the old computer authorization from the new computer in Product Manager.

I added the EZdrummer 2 and it also don’t want to open so now I am lost
I linked above the 2 products required to use an EZX.
You need EZD3 or S3 drum samplers. Those 2 links above.
You then purchased another EZX instead.
