I’ve removed your inactive authorizations. You should be all set now.

Scott,
I communicated with the seller and she told me that she bought it at an estate sale and doesn’t have the login info that was associated with the account. She does have the information on who she bought it from. What should be my next step?
The seller must follow the steps in the FAQ below to transfer a license. Please reach out to the seller and have them contact Toontrack to properly sell their license. If they don’t have the correct account info, they can’t sell it.

Personally, it almost looks like a scam to me and I’d it were me, I’d ask for a refund and purchase from a reputable outlet.

I am having the same issue. I purchased two products from you. The drum and bass software. I followed the directions. Downloaded the Manager. It says I need to register the product. I can’t because there are no serial numbers. I bought the software directly from you, so I don’t know why it does not just automatically register. I looked for all emails from you in my registered account, luciano.leon.music@gmail.com and spam folder. There is only one email asking to download manager. I don’t see any invoice or any trace of serial numbers anywhere. There are no other emails. Please send my the seriel numbers to my registered email, luciano.leon.music@gmail.com and to be on the safe side, my regular email. strobers@gmail.com
I really want to get started with this new software. Please send ASAP. Thank you.

You can balance level of each cymbal (as well as the other kit piece bleeds) in the overhead channel in the Mixer.

Hi! I just purchased a used version of Superior Drummer 2 and when I try to register it, it says serial number is already in use. Is there a way to authorize it to my computer? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend contacting the seller and varify the serial number. Also verify that the seller has contacted Toontrack has completed the correct steps to properly sell a Toontrack product.

Thanked by: Todd BrumleyIt’s amazing what I take for granted from mixing real drums for 25 plus years.
When I mic a kit I put a hats mic on the hats. Space my OH mics accordingly. If I want the hats mic more to the right I pan to the right. If I want them on the left I pan the hats mic to the left. Never really cared that the hats in the OH mics didn’t move with my close mic panning. Never mattered matter because it sounded correct in the mix.
I don’t really have any solution for the hi hats not being panned in S3 as you move the close hats mic panning. Just typing this out more from an old farts perspective than anything else lol.

From which grid editor did you remove them? Reaper or EZkeys? Both? Only one? Which one did you delete notes from?
If notes are in both Reaper and EZKeys timelines, and then you delete them in Reaper only, they will still play back when Follow Host is active in EZkeys.

Can you give more details? What is the exact error message and where are you seeing it? Are you installing through the Toontrack Product Manager? What are your system details?

I am trying to open EZdrummer 3 on my PCI, but can’t authorize any of my downloads, I downloaded PM, but it won’t install the zip file. I also cannot find the computer ID as the serial number or product numbers do not work. I appreciate any help.
Operating system: Windows 8.1
My guess is you’re not installing from the Toontrack Product Manager. There is no zip file to open when installing from the Product Manager.
Please watch the walk-through video on each step: Download, install, and authorize your product.

If you’re actually authorizing from the Toontrack Product Manager and not when you open the EZD3 plugin, then you shouldn’t be asked for a Computer ID.
In the Toontrack Product Manager program there is a big red Authorize Button. See the video below.
If you are getting an error, please post a screenshot of what’s going on. Or, if you’re getting an error in Product Manager please post a pic.
