    I’m not sure what your question is.

    In your first post, you say you can’t remove an authorization. In your pic you posted you don’t have any authorizations for the EZD3 Core library which is correct as the authorization for the Core Libra is tied to the EZD3 product plugin and shouldn’t show an authorization.

    What exactly is your question regarding how to unauthorize your product? What product are you trying to unauthorize?

    I’m having the exact same problem, and I can’t seem to be able to use the VST3 in Studio One 7. I had to swap my secondary laptop a couple times and I can’t seem to Unauthorize the first one. Help!

    Operating system: Windows 10

    You should have an Authorization tab for each product. The tab should look similar to the pic below. Click ‘Remove’ on the authorization you want to remove to be able to authorize a new computer.

    I ordered the midi pack “Laid-Back Grooves” today. Order 3428430.

    During registration, I received the following message in the TP-Manager:

    “Product already registered. That serial number for ‘Laid-Back Grooves’ is already registered to your account.”

    But I can’t find the Laid-Back MIDI Grooves in either the TP-Manager or EZdrummer.

    I don’t remember buying the MIDI pack. Have I paid for a MIDI pack that I already have?

    Why isn’t the MIDI pack showing up in the TP-Manager?

    The product you purchased was auto registered to your Toontrack account and I see that is in your account from our end. Please make sure you’re looking in the MIDI pack section of Product Manager.

    I accidently bought the Electronic Pop EKX Sound Expansion today and now I have a duplicate. I bought the first one I think from Sweetwater 2023-05-12. I was looking for a drummer expansion. Can I get a refund or purchase of same value? Or even a credit would work. I still want something new from you. I just have very low funds and hopeful. It was my fault. I got used to seeing a label (Owned) on the products. Not that it makes a difference, But I have been buying directly from you and really enjoy my playtime. Anything you could do would be great!

    I can’t use Upright EBX : Software is required. You need to install the required sampler software before installing Upright EBX Midi Update

    The Upright EBX is an expansion pack for the EZbass sampler. Do you have EZBass?
