Do you have more than one account with a different email or name? If so, please contact Toontrack directly via the Contact Support button in the FAQ below and they can merge your 2 accounts so you’ll have access to your products.
I am having the same issue with EZDrummer 3. I’ve had to return a new Laptop three times and now that I finally have a unit that I want to keep I can’t authorize EZDrummer on it. Would be great if you could remove the inactive authorizations for me.
