I cannot authorize my products on a new computer. It’s telling me that I have no authorization available – but I have unauthorized all previous installations…
According to your account, you currently have 2 active authorizations for each of your products. I’m confused why you say you’ve unauthorized. Have you removed the active authorizations for each product from the Toontrack Product Manager?

I cannot find anywhere to free up slots. Please help!
You can see your currently active product authorizations from the Authorization tab for each product in your Toontrack Product Manager. You can then remove an active authorization and authorize a new computer from there

So I am reading though here and I am not sure if I have to purchase the same midi packs a second time. My recording computer stopped working, so I purchased a new computer for recording from someone who sells computers just for recording on Ebay. He has loaded a LOT of Superior Drummer midi packs on the computer already, but he does not have the ones that I have purchased that are on my old computer. I logged in to Product manager on my new computer and I was able to download one successfully but the others go as far as the message box to allow the install and nothing happens once you click “allow”. Do I have to purchase the same midi packs each time I get a new computer?
Thank you,
James
No you don’t have to purchase every time you upgrade a computer.
You should be able to log into your Toontrack account on Product Manager from your new computer and download, install and authorize.
I don’t know what error you are getting. Can you post a screenshot of the error?
