Please use the Toontrack Product Manager to install and not through the website.

You have 2 active authorizations for each product. Please use the Toontrack Product Manager and navigate to the authorization tab for each product. Then remove one of the current authorizations (for your old computer) and you can then authorize your new computer.

He wasn’t telling you to learn more about the program.
He was quoting the Product page that states…
“This EKX requires EZkeys 2. Learn more about the program here.”

Hey, this been driving me insane, I got songs that need done and emailed support already, can you reset the inactive authorizations. Every time I try to get them authorized it says there full when I obviously have slots open. Same exact issue as poster of this topic! EZ Mix 2 and few EZ Drummer Sound Libraries.
Operating system: Windows 11
I’ve removed all inactive authorizations. You should be able to authorize your new computer.

What doesn’t work for you? The registered product Help forum? If you don’t have the product registered to your account, you won’t have access to the support forum. I understand folks want to peruse the support forums but unfortunately the Toontrack Support forums work that way here. Feel free to use the pre sales forum if you have any pre sales questions .
