There is a difference between “Registering a Product Serial Number” and “Authorizing a New Implementation”.
    — You’ve already registered the product’s Serial Number.
    — You may or may not have to use another authorization to run EZDrummer and your EZX expansions.

to access the updates for your EZX expansions not shown by default on the My Products page,
users may have to click on the “Show ALL EZDrummer Products”

Log into your Toontrack account online and click “My Products“.

Click on your EZDrummer2 icon and then click on “UPDATES”
Download and install the updates available for your product.

I’d refer your question to the retailer from which you bought EZDrummer 1.

I wouldn’t/couldn’t hold Toontrack responsible for purchases made from some 3rd-party vendor’s storefront,
eBay or other remote corner of the world…especially as Toontrack had published a timeframe for the free upgrade.

yes: in the USA, more than 5 millions people spell chrome like this…

1st time that Google or I have ever seen that spelling.
    Speaking from personal experience,
5 million Americans are frequently wrong about one thing or another every minute of every day.
Those of us with a sense of humor have a lot at which to laugh for a large portion of the day.

Huh. What exactly did your offer entail?
Do you send them examples of your playing?
Pictures of your studio and the kit(s) available for sampling? What microphones, pre’s and board are you using?

Can you compare your work to Toontrack’s Reggae EZX expansion kit and additionally to their Reggae MIDI pack?
Maybe you can sell your MIDI grooves thru this forum and eBay without involving Toontrack.
