I can assure you, this is not normal.
I’ve registered, downloaded and authorized dozens of products on the Toontrack website without issue or delay (as recently as yesterday).
I noticed the same server error message a few hours ago posting in the forum.
I’m betting that the morning crew has arrived and has been reviewing the overnight server logs.
The “JAZZ” MIDI pack includes 202 groove variations within the 6 song subcategories in its “Bossa” folder. (“Jazz” MIDI pack, not the MIDI from the Jazz EZX library)
The “Latin EZX” library has 4 groove variations in its “ADDITIONAL CAXIXI” folder.
The “Vintage Rock” EZX has 28 groove variations (and 16 fills) under the designation “SLOW BOSSA 128 bpm”.
The “Roots” MIDI pack has 7 groove variations (and 17 fills) under the designation “COPA BOSSA 114bpm”.
Hope this helps.

Thanked by: dynamo828 and BrianI liked the basis of your idea and decided to move my DropBox location into the EZDrummer User MIDI folder.
Now I can use my DropBox (and its subfolders) with full EZDrummer2 functionality like any other subfolder created in the User MIDI folder.
NOTE: You may have to close EZDrummer for it to recognize the initial move of the DropBox folder.
Also, please post your suggestion in the “Requests and Feedback” thread.
I’ve seen Toontrack frequently react to user requests.
Once registered in your Toontrack account online, and the product is installed on your computer,
I find it easiest to open the software and let the software fill in as many of the ‘blanks’ as it can automatically.
In my experience (on my MAC), it becomes more of an exercise in confirming what has been pre-filled for you.
I don’t know if you can change the location of the USER MIDI folder,
but you can add custom MIDI folder locations (such as your DropBox folder) to the EZDrummer2 Browser tab.
You’ll find your Toontrack instruments listed in Logic under “AU Instruments” in the I/O selection menu
on the channel strip for your Software Instrument Track.
