I called them a week ago and they never got back to me. I wanted the Backbeats midi pack and they didn’t list it as being available. I decided to buy the Blues midi pack from them today and Backbeats was listed in the downloadable packs. I snagged it immediately (and it rocks!).
I have EZ Mix 2 showing up here next week. Am I going to be able to buy all the EZ Mix 2 add ons through them too? They only list the original add ons as being available.
I had the same problem. Because the site that handles their money is based in Europe I can’t use my debit card. I had the same problem with Ableton because they are based in Germany. Toontrack needs to offer other methods of buying the midi packs or I am out of luck. They should offer the midi packs at Guitar Center like they do for the drummer pack add-ons. We can just buy a key code in a box.
