For that reason, and to protect both our customers and our catalog, refunds or exchanges are not available once a product has been downloaded and registered. If the computer ID changed and you need to authorize again, it would use another authorization slot.
You can remove/add authorizations in the Product Manager application. Click “Show Details” under the product and go to the “Authorizations” tab.

While Toontrack can never add active authorizations to your account, we can reset your inactive authorizations if you end up needing more than four. Just let us know that you want to reset your inactive authorizations.
