Unfortunately, it is not possible to re-activate an expired EZD3 demo trial period.

The EZD3 trials are activated differently than the full version of EZD3 and other Toontrack software, so once the trial expires after the 10-day trial period, there is no other way to test the trial again on the same computer with your initial toontrack.com account.

First, please check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there.

We have been in contact with users who have the donotreply@toontrack.com address added to the blocked senders list in their email client. Mostly users that use the Outlook web client, see the Microsoft support guide (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/block-or-allow-junk-email-settings-48c9f6f7-2309-4f95-9a4d-de987e880e46).

Your email client may have a similar block list, make sure that donotreply@toontrack.com is not marked as spam.

Did you know that you can preview available MIDI packs in EZD3?

Go to the Grooves tab and then click “Show Web Shop MIDI”. You can then use the filters in EZD3 and listen to the grooves.

Show Web Shop MIDI connects to toontrack.com and allows you to preview MIDI that you do not currently own from Toontrack’s varied selection of for-purchase MIDI packs

You should be able to purchase using PayPal.
