EZkeys has been discontinued since the release of EZkeys 2 and is no longer being updated, so this will not be fixed.

EZkeys 2 however is fully resizable.

Yes, you can purchase products and download them at a later time if you wish.

We recommend using the Product Manager application to login to your account so you can easily download, install, and authorize your product(s) to your computer.

The Product Manager is the best way to complete everything all from within one location.

The Product Manager can be downloaded at this link:

    BEST ANSWER
One thing I always thought was brilliant with EZD2 was...

One thing I always thought was brilliant with EZD2 was the little asterisk/star beside the preset name that would always show up when you changed something in the preset. AND most importantly – it would disappear again if you reverted the setting back to its intended/last saved value.
This is really great when having OCD – as I do.
For instance – in EZD2 – If I change something small like the tuning of a tom from 0 to minus 0,5 – the asterisk would show to notify me that the preset has been changed – if I then changed the tuning back to 0 the asterisk would disappear – this would easily let you know what you might have accidentally changed in a preset.
In EZD3 the asterisk does not disappear when resetting the changed value (whatever that might be)
I have also found that the asterisk does not appear when changing the instrument volume (not mixer volume) of a drum.
This is easy to recreate and I really miss how it behaved in EZD2
    Thank you!

OMG I have the same problem! What is going on?

Whenever I try to run the Product Manager it says “Download of the update failed. The Network operation failed (cURL error code 60).”

    What should we do?

    Operating system: Windows 11

We are currently experiencing a technical issue with downloading/updating products, our web team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Hello,

Thanks for making great programs and midi libraries.

    World’s best!!

However, We are missing a very important instrument that we have been waiting for.

A B3 Hammond with Leslie speaker cabinet for EzKeys and midi library for Rock/Pop/Soul/Blues/Reggae.

So, pretty please… with sugar on top give us a B3 Hammond with Leslie speaker cabinet and loads of midi.

Will you release a Hammond plugin and if so when?

Thanks from a very satisfied customer.

    All the best!

hi, hope you’re all well. I bought ezkeys2 a couple of months back, I’m loving composing music with it so far, I’m disabled so I cant play an instrument and I’ve loved collecting  all your ez line products, just wondered if you have any plans on making an ez guitar?

    thanks, Rory

The EZ instruments are EZDrummer, EZkeys, and EZbass. A guitar plug-in sounds like a cool idea! We will forward your message to our development team so that they know that you asked for this!

    Hi

I bought ez drummer 3  and was excited to get it.  after purchase i tried to download the product but i found out it is not compatible with my system  (Mac osx 10.9.5)  i would like to cancel this purchase because i cannot download the product.

i am not going to upgrade my osx cuz then id have to upgrade my pro tools etc etc.  ill stay with ezdrummer 2 and get some expansion packs.  i appreciate your products thanks.  wouldve been nice to talk to someone but i see you don’t do phone support.  i will have wells fargo dispute the claim if i am unable to cancel.  thanks again!
