    Thank you John!

    Sorry for the delay, I was very busy at my day job.

    I checked the contents of my EZX-Cocktail folder and I was missing a lot of it.

    I checked the folder in PM and it was all there so deleted the folder in my system and re-dragged the folder from the PM into my system and now it all works.

    I cannot thank you enough for all of your time and patience with me. I am very grateful!

    Hello John,

    Please indulge me a bit longer. I started with your instructions, but had no luck. That is why I started this conversation.

    Please look at the 2 screen shots I have attached.

    1st is the location of both files in the places you suggested.

    2nd is showing the MIDI is available in EZDrummer 3, but the Kit is not.

    I followed your direction but still cannot get the product to install.

    Thanks for trying to help with this John. When I opened Product Manager initially, I was able to download it, but installation is greyed out and says it’s not available. See photo attached.Product Manager screenshot

    When I try this I get an error message “The volume is the wrong format for a backup.”

    using os 13.2.1

    any ideas?
