Thanks for the robot post the lack of support and the crappy feeling left in my mouth ………I’ll be taking it back to the store in a few days and using the money to get software that lets it users know what there in for when they buy it i.e the overview…….. You guys have some nice sounding software….. To charge 349$ for midi mapping IS CRAZY then 89 bucks a pop on upgrades……wow

“EZdrummer is not intended for E-drum use”How about putting that in the OVERVIEW??Let your customers in on your little secret?I had to buy it take it home do all the crap it takes to get it up and kinda running then come to the “support” forums wait 3 days to find this out…there’s that taste again in my mouth……..mmmmm anger……Good day

Isn’t very robust is a bit of a over statement …There is no midi mapping And there’s a very good chance you will not have a functioning hi hat as well…..spending all most 200$ don’t get you what it use to……sigh …And what the guy above is trying to say is go blow 150$more so you can midi map……My advice is to bring it back to the store and try and get your money back…then get one of the other 3-4 drumming bundles that are out there that has things like midi mapping and a hi hat………just my 2c

Is it just me or do you not think this SHOULD be part of the over all functionality? The simpler solution would be TOONTRACK puts out functioning software with midi mapping ….Or even simpler you take ezdrummer back to the store ask for your money back ….then go buy one of the other 3-4 drumming software packs out there that comes with midi mapping…….After reading what you had to do to map kinda made me sick to think about……

Triggering EZdrummer via E-drums using any other host is not officially supported….Do you think that’s not some thing you might put on the box?on the web site?As a main topic in the support forums?Even the guy at the music store told me “yea it works with triggers”…Not having out of the box functionality like being able to use a hi hat or midi mapping is shameful…… Or at the very least THE INFO IN THE OVERVIEW? If it worked like you guys make it look like it works with e-drums I would even buy a x pac or 2…But alas Theres a sucker born every minute…..And I guess I’m one
