    Hi guys,

    there were some servers down during the weekend that caused authorisation problems for some users. It has been fixed.

    That’s good to know! Good to know that it’s a server issue, even though it’s annoying… I’ll try later today and see what happens.

    Same issue here using both the web-based and app-based Product Manager.

    I’m also switching from Windows to Linux and I’m trying to get my VST plugins to work in Linux, in Reaper. So far, the graphics of all my VST plugins, not just Toontrack’s, were messed up: only a couple of knobs show on a channel strip, while on EZDrummer, when I click on the kit nothing happens, but when I click diagonally to the left and up from the kit, that’s when all the different kit parts react. So that sh*t was broken, and I’m trying to do it again. However, right now I can’t authorize my plugins because of an unknown server problem…

    Hi,

    I contacted the support and they helped me. I actually missed that the serial number came in the receipt e-mail. I don’t know how it happened, it seems like I wasn’t paying attention. It would have helped if the subject of the e-mail message read not only “Your receipt”, but also “and serial number”. You know, for us who make stupid mistakes sometimes. :)

    Anyway, thanks for your help and for a great product!
