I’m also having trouble trialling EZD3. I have no recollection of ever trialling it, but I am told a trial was activated a couple of years ago.
I’ve emailed support for help, but they have sent me the exact same reply as above (word for word) and have not answered my follow up question, which is how can I now trial this product? I know it’s not possible to trial it again on the same computer with my initial toontrack.com account, but does this mean I can trial it again with a new account, or on a different computer, or both? I have been chasing for a reply for weeks, but have received nothing. It’s almost as if it is Toontrack policy not to say anything other than the above line.
I find this really off-putting. I am (/was) extremely interested in buying EZD3, but it’s starting to look like I may have to look elsewhere, as there’s no way I can commit to buying this product without trialling it, particularly as Toontrack doesn’t appear to have any kind of satisfaction guarantee policy (unlike many other companies). I don’t want to look elsewhere. I would much be able to trial this product as it may well be just what I am looking for. I don’t need the full 10 days – just a couple of days would be fine.
Please can someone on here assist, or ask the support team to reply to my emails?

I’m also having this issue – downloaded the trial of EZD3 but it said it had already expired. Apparently it was trialled a couple of years ago, but I’ve no memory of ever trialling it.
I’ve been waiting for support to get back to me for a few days, but haven’t heard anything yet. I know it’s the holiday season, so people may not be working, but I’m worried that the current deals will end before I’ve had a chance to trial the product 🙁 I’ll only need a day or two to trial it. Surely someone can help??
