locustreignI was not expecting the Wobble bass on “Mirage” at all, but I really liked hearing more traditional song structures being paired with more modern production. It’s really refreshing to hear ska that isn’t pulling from the over used 3rd wave ska/punk genre that dominates most of Southern California (including my somewhat inactive band, http://www.halfpasttwoska.com, haha. Anyways, just wanted to give support to another ska band with female vocals and the production on your tracks sounds great! I’ve yet to utilize Toontrack products outside of the demo/preproduction process but it looks like the recording budget might be tighter so you never know…
