I have a similar issue, if anyone can advise?
If I play a midi file on my Roland keyboard, the drums are fine. However, when I import that midi file into EZ Drummer, EZ Drummer is playing different voices.
I’m some what confused, as I thought midi being an industry standard format, would translate 100% to other software & devices?
Am I missing something?
Please tell me 🙂
Sorry to appear naive, but I have only got EZD2 yesterday. Where exactly is the ‘kit piece drop down menu?’
I’m confused by that. There are lots of default midi patterns using ride cymbals, but none of them shows a ride channel in the mixer?
Thank you Scott, that worked. What a superb addition the Big rock is too. Some really great fills in it 🙂
Hi,
This is what’s displayed –
EZdrummer plug-in version 2.1.4 (build 13108) [64-bit VST]
Standalone host version 2.1.4 (build 13108)
SOUND LIBRARIES
EZdrummer 2 Modern version 1.0.2
EZdrummer 2 Vintage version 1.0.2
MIDI LIBRARIES
EZdrummer 2 Modern/Vintage version 1.0.1
EZdrummer 2 Percussion version 1.0.1
I have tried to load Big rock drums again,
It’s still telling me I need to update, damned if I know how that could be…. :((
