lenI try to log in using the web version and all I get is an endless loop back to product manager download . Yes there are still people using Win XP service pack 3….. I have successfully done it before but It never seems to be the same combination of clicks on the links provided on the login page. Your page setup is flawed and you must fix it. You can’t keep taking peoples money if people cannot view or register products they have purchased.
