LazI have the same problem. I bought the original boxed disc software of Superior drummer plus expansion packs used from an online store on Amazon.com. The original owner can’t be verified/contacted to get the license transferred. I contacted toontrack. I sent in photos of the original box, original discs, serial number to show as proof that I did purchased them and own them and have them in my posession. I have not heard back from toontrack’s support at all.
