jhalbr1 My original computer that I had toontracks installed on had failed. For my replacement laptop computer, I went to your website and got a new computer ID, AAJZS-W5MRU-CVM, and auth code, YCXT-SBFC-CX8W-WEGY, by email. I used these to download the software but when I try to open toontrack tool, it says that my computer is not authorized to run ezdrummer and shows a different computer ID, PWMQX-5RRGF-C16. Then I uninstalled all and reinstalled – still same problem. Please help, I have emailed Toontracks twice and have gotten back what appears to be canned answers.
