    Hi Scott,

Let me just say you are the best, I am no a lot of forums for recording software and I always think that you are the most patient and helpful and fast responder out of all the forums.  I tried to add a screenshot but the box to add to is not really able to for me. It has some kind of box for “Source” but I can’t find the way that you add it.

It is working now, I found a way around the issue. When you click on “install” in “manager” windows opens a box to allow you to give access to this action. If the color in the top of this box is yellow, and you click “allow” nothing happens at all. But, if you are in the box with yellow and you click on “show more detals” and then click on “change when these notifications appear” it will bring up the same allow box again, but this time the color is blue on the top banner of the box, and it will allow you to download. SO thank you for helping.

    James

So I am reading though here and I am not sure if I have to purchase the same midi packs a second time. My recording computer stopped working, so I purchased a new computer for recording from someone who sells computers just for recording on Ebay. He has loaded a LOT of Superior Drummer midi packs on the computer already, but he does not have the ones that I have purchased that are on my old computer. I logged in to Product manager on my new computer and I was able to download one successfully but the others go as far as the message box to allow the install and nothing happens once you click “allow”. Do I have to purchase the same midi packs each time I get a new computer?

    Thank you,

    James
