For information, Steinberg actually sampled Simon Phillips’ kit, including the low set of Tama octobans: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_RpQDjES_vU

Sounds good enough but I can’t be arsed to buy the Groove Agent + Simon Phillips library + their lousy USB dongle.

Toontrack, that’s the way to go, do something about this already 🙂
