Rogue – thanks for an awesome midi map. Apologies for replying to a 3 year old thread, but this was one of the top results on Google when searching for Toontrack / GM extended 
midi maps.
I hope it’s ok to build on your map it for my own purposes. I’ll be adding Roland TD30 and Yamaha DTXpress along with a few other products… that way it will be super simple to create Drum Maps in Cubase.
