when iselect Midi devices there is nothing i mean “no midi devices found”, i use um-one midi cable that when i hit the drums is pinning so looks like it’s working. But should i download any audio devices , coz i don’t have more than buit in option in the menu…and what it should be there a driver or what?boh do i have to buy a sound card or in the mac exist a sound card for the SD? no idea again
probably i don’t have any devices to select in the midi devices menu coz i need to put some audio devices…
Is it possible that doesn’t exist a normal guidance for mac, that explain you what to do clear and simple? i mean the sound goes form the mac to the drums, i still have no idea if i have to hear the sound from the computer or from the trigger in the drums….incredible…really ddispapointed..i’m a drummer not a passionate of midi crap…

Hi , thank yo for your reply, yes i have connected the cablesas per instruction and i try both in any case, when i test the set up in the Audio midi setup, the out put works but as per instruction they test only output and not input…this is sooo annoying . I didn’t try another cable i was trying to get it work before to spend other money on it…also yes module midi channel is set to ON. So basically what you normally do is that you should install the driver for the one midi cable, you set up the connection in the audio midi set up (mac)and when you connect to mac and run the toontrack solo, it should recognize automatically your td4k and respond to pads? am i correct? thanks

Thank you very much Scott. Just one more Important question. i see that after the registration i can also download in ex superior v. 2.4.0. now , is that only an update? i mean i installed earlier all the 5 dvd ..am i correct? or i could just download the dvd form the website after registration and avoiding the dvd installation? im very new to this software. thanks
