gonzamcHi, i just rebooted my iMac to downgrade from Catalina to High Sierra so i’m installing everything again. I bought a gouple of years ago an EZDrummer that i was using but now i can’t download my product because i don’t have the serial number and also i can’t find the mail where Toontrack confirmed my bought or any other mail from Toontrack regarding to my product. I entered the Toontrack website with my user but then it shows that i don’t have any product registered so now i don’t know what you to! Please help me
