Hi John thanks for your reply, I installed the missing file and everything works correctly now.

    Hi John,
yes, unfortunately literally nothing happened. Steps I did:

    • I installed the Toontrack Product Manager
    • I download / install / authorize /update EZDrummer 2 + any update + the 2 plugins I bought (Metal Machine EZX and Metal! EZX)
    • Then I cleaned any installer to free HD space
    • When I get the Logic Pro X bug (the main issue that brought me to temporary uninstall EZD), I downloaded again EZDrummer as stated in “Installation Info” panel
    • I clicked “Uninstall Product” and nothing happened, but the button was disabled.
    • to uninstall EZDrummer and get access to Logic again, I had to move to Trash the EZDrummer App in Applications folder, and move the /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/ EZDrummer folder
    • Now Logic is working again, the Toontrack Product Manager says “Not Installed”, even if the button to the bottom still says “Uninstall Product”, that makes no sense. I attach a screenshot

Thanks a lot for your help. Please note this issue is connected with the main one, about making EZDrummer works on Logic Pro X on Catalina: https://www.toontrack.com/forums/topic/logic-crashing-because-of-ez-drummer/#post-2486298

Hi, as suggested by Olof I downloaded EZDrummer again, the ‘uninstall’ button turned available, so I click ‘uninstall’ but nothing happened, the software is still there, but now the uninstall button is disabled again.
