Hello! When I looked for a solution here in the forum, I was reading all the problems and I didn’t see anywhere that someone wrote that their problem was solved and it was a reason to be discouraged. the problem in my case was created by my mistake.

this morning I purchased the EzDrummer Bundle product without having an account on your website. I have not received any receipt in my email for my purchase and I also do not have the serial number of the product I purchased.
I paid 249 euros and I haven’t received anything!
what do we do in this case?
