    Dear John,

    I’ve already contacted Support via the form on all FAQ pages, but I didn’t get any answer.

    I hoped that you, working for Toontrack, could be in direct contact with people who manage invoices and could tell them to solve the problem and answer to requests, since reading this forum I’m not the only one asking for a proper invoice, but other people are asking the same.

    I never had such problem in the past, with old orders I always received a proper invoice.

    Dear Toontrack,

    I need a proper invoice for order #2584972 made on May 25, 2020 with date of the purchase, number of invoice, all Toontrack details (address, VAT N., etc…) and our company details (address, VAT N., etc…), in PDF format would be good.
    The electronic receipt received via email is not a legal document here in Italy.

    the email received is not an invoice, it is an electronic receipt, we need a proper invoice with date of the purchase, number of invoice, all Toontrack details (address, VAT N., etc…) and our company details (address, VAT N., etc…).
