Yeah…I can see your point,I mean…it’s not as though any other software developer out there has ever created a e.guitar VST…must have all been one elaborate hoax, because no one in the right mind, would ever want a guitar VST and therefore, there is absolutely no demand for it.

All sarcasm aside, not everyone has the same stringent requirements as you do,so despite how much you are opposed to such a request,I WILL HOLD MY BREATH for it,because Kontakt is s**t in terms of customer support & buggy software.

If anyone is going to do a reasonable emulation of an e.guitar and do it in a user-friendly manner,my money’s on Toontrack.

I personally don’t have any concern at all for the consolidation of the entire EZ library,as I just want to see something more than just drums and keys!
Let’s just worry about the addition of bass, guitar and orchestral stuff, shall we?

Yeah…it’s obvious that a VST guitar program can’t emulate every nuance of a guitar, but for those of us who would like an alternative to ElectriCity for the Kontakt sampler,it would make a great many folks happy and drawn in legions of new Toontrack enthusiasts.

Yes…yes & absolutely yes!Good orchestral sounds are hard to find,if one wants an alternative to Kontakt. Why are posts like this ignored in this forum!??

Yes god***it,EZ orchestral instruments is in great demand, especially for those of us who want to sh*t-can Kontakt.Kontakt’s scripting and overall sample quality is excellent, but there are too many tech-glitches with it and people should have other alternatives. Why should Native Instruments dominate the market?

Yes indeed…I second this request,as I desperately need EZstrings as well!Toontrack guys, are you reading this?I cannot tolerate NI’s Kontakt anymore,so please expand your libraries!

Right on!EZguitar would be righteous.Toontrack really does need to expand their sound libraries, because I am so fed up with Kontakt…like you wouldn’t believe…or if you have Kontakt, you know exactly what I’m referring to.

Toontrack has progressed beyond just drum modules,so why not continue to move forward?I desperately need to get away from NI’s Kontakt, because of the bugs and the licensing & registration issues.

Make sure the blue ‘loading’ bar at the bottom right of EZD has fully loaded all samples into RAM before playing.

Yeah…that’s probably what caused the glitch, because I still have yet to become acclimated to the loading times, because I’ve been programmed to immediately start playing drums as soon as I assign an instrument to a track..being so accustomed to drum modules with zero loading times.
I sometimes forget to wait for presets to load…a bad habit I need to break.

    Thanks

    Your probably correct about your assessment.As for my PC specs,it’s a 6-core 2.80 AMD processor,8GB of RAM,1 TB HD…running Windows 7

    Thanks
