    A tech guy at Sweetwater fixed it…yes, he needed to change the DNS. Thank you for posting the settings.

    I used the “register product” instead. It accepted my code and showed a box… download, install, authorize… I hit download and immediately the download box was checked. But nothing downloaded. So I hit install and immediately the install box was checked but nothing installed. Now, apparently, it thinks I have downloaded and installed EZ Keys but I haven’t. Nothing was downloaded and I’m stuck again with no product. I’m calling Sweetwater today and hopefully they can figure it out. No way I’m going into my PC and screw around with DNS settings. I’m not a computer guy.

    I just purchased EZ Keys…trying to download the Product Manager but when I click “download PC” it just tells me “server not found”. I’m in CR too. Wish I had seen these comments before I bought it.
