    Also, what’s the difference between a saved Combined preset and a regular saved preset? Why would I chose to save one way or the other?

    Actually, I figured it out. I turned the dial up on the Multiple Hit Emulator.

    It’s the EZdrummer version. I don’t have other expansion packs, nor can I afford Superior Drummer at the moment.
    I tried just GM notes, I tried just DfH midi notes, I tried combinations of both…
    I’m totally at a loss.
