I purchased EzKeys SynthPop MIDI pack this morning, but it never showed up in Product Manager (as did every previous MIDI pack I’ve ever purchased). I received an email with ‘Order Details’ at the bottom, but there is no serial number, so I can’t register it that way either. I logged in to my online Toontrack account, and the completed order is indeed in my orders list, but again *no serial number*! Strange that it shows online in my ‘Orders’ list, but it DOESN’T show up in online in my ‘Products list’!! What the heck??
Again, I’ve never had this happen before, usually I log in, make a purchase, then launch Product Manager; and the newly purchased products are there in Project Manager ready for me to download and install.
Summary: I purchased the EzKeys SynthPop MIDI pack this morning (6 hours ago), but I can’t obtain it, because it doesn’t show up in Product Manager (or online in my Products list), and I was not provided with a serial number to register it manually.
This is getting frustrating. Please help.
