Located in Russia. I use a cable connection with a speed of 100 Mb/s. And yes, problem only with Toontrack server. For example, I can download my purchased products from positivegrid.com, native-instruments.com and other. For now I can’t download anything from Toontrack web site (by using Project Manager or if I downloaded directly from web browser). I have the feeling that there is a block on the IP addresses of my country. I tried to use a proxy server in another country and only using them I was able to be updated.
