    John,

Thanks for responding, As to why I don’t ask in the support forum, well…your website is not the most intuitive nor it provides a great user experience. Between trying to navigate through the pages, trying to find where and how to post and read conflicting directions, one can get sea sick.

As for my problem with the mapping, never mind. I don’t know how or why but after playing with it for 2 weeks trying to figure out how to make this work, it all of a sudden started behaving and I’m getting the HH response that I was looking for.

I guess: 2 weeks of google + Youtube + deciphering user manuals + trying everything + luck = working product.

    Thx anyway!
    BP

elgrayso, I was using your web page before coming cross this thread. I want to thank you for giving it a shot, which is and remains something that Toontrack should have done. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. I’ve been trying for probably 2 weeks, since I purchased the SD2, to make my Alesis DM10 Hi-Hat work with SD2 with no luck. It’s astounding that there is not 1, I mean ONE! clear set of instructions on how to properly map DM10 Hi-Hat –> SD2 (laptop) –> AMP, for customers who are not audio/production engineers. Especially since this is an issue that many users seem to struggle with. Very frustrating and annoying!!!YellFrown
