OK, I think I figured it out and still maybe you can help. I have the hi hat up in the OH trak and it doesn’t do it when I mute the overheads? Why would it do this only in the oh trck?. Seems weird. Is it a memory thing? ALso I still get 2 triggered notes when I press down on the hats and they close. it is triggering the top of the hi hat trigger and the closed hat trigger. Is there a way to cancel out the top hat trigger when pressng the hat without hitting the hat with a stick?
Thanks!

OK, so I set it up just as the midi edrums setup. I have it set so that if I press the pedal hard it closes tighter. I haven’t edited or learned any new notes etc. So no problem there. I also have it set on the more closed no curve pedal setting. Layer limit is unlimited with 20 voices. It works except 2 things. When I hit the hat closed and lift up after, there is silence, like the sample is muted. Then also, when I use my foot on the hi hat I get a tight closed tip that triggers at the same time. Maybe I’m just not getting something right and I apologize if I don’t get it.
Is the transmuting not designed to work if you go from a tight edge or tight tip to an open hat after hitting and waiting a quick second? It sounds fine when I go from a normal closed hi hat to open. It seems like the closed hi hat trigger sound gets in the way. Hopefully I’m making sense? Thanks for your patience.
