I’m having the same issue as the OP – blank screen where the licence agreement should be and a white screen where the install options should be. I tried copying the SL-ProgressiveFoundry folder manually, but that doesn’t work either. My computer says that some files couldn’t be copied and aborts the process.

Solved: I downloaded the installer from the web version of my account (My Account > My Products), ran the installer and it worked.
