Hi there,
Question: I don’t have a midi keyboard and I am trying to create grooves that I cannot find in the library. For instance, a hip hop/ soul beat, with the double hits on the snare. ( hitting the side stick and just the rim simultaneously, to create sort of a clap effect)
I am obviously a brand new user and from what I see it seems that for 90% we are tie to the pre existing grooves, so if I cant find what I want would be hard to create your own.
Is it possible to do so? Also, how do I edit single instruments hits. For example, lets say that I have 8 snare hits, and I want to either move a specific one or get rid of it or place it on the upstroke or wherever…how do I do that? From what I see the hits are recorded as little dots, but I dont know how to control those dots if I want to edit them. Thanks so much
