for that price there is nothing decent….
the velocity to volume ratio is one of the most annoying properties of toontrack libraries, all are different, the stock SD3 library is really quiet, even if your module sends 127 the cymbals sound quiet, so what you need to do is check your module sends 127 for your hardest hits and then increase the gain in the master volume, I have mine for the SD3 stock library clean presets at +8dB, but for the Fields Of Rock Expansion for instance you need to dial it down to -1dB or -2dB or you will blow your head off.

Thanked by: Andy RenI just use an audio interface, I use the roland as midi trigger interface, all the audio comes from the audio interface (babyface pro FS) and I can get it loud enough without modifying any settings in SD3.
