toontrack are a fucking disgrace I bought a brand new td17kvx2 and it doesn't work cymbals constantly muting impossible to fix. Customer support didn't know extremely unhelpful just telling me to install drivers with recommended settings despite me telling them I did in the email. Ezdrummer 3 is broken does not work as advertised. If a product doesn't work as advertised then a refund should be givenÂ
