Hello I’m sorry to hear about the situation that you’re going through with the software I don’t want to drag this out. I basically work with Apple on the hardware such as the Mac studio and I didn’t have any problems downloading after I purchased the apps in fact what I did was I downloaded the whole entire package, and that was with the sales engineer at Sweetwater Music Candace Irizarry.
She is my sales rep and if you want, you should contact her and let her know or if you do have a sales engineer and was with Sweetwater then I suggest you contact him as well as Support make sure everything is up and running on your system and that’s what you need support on everything And they will do that there so contact them and let them know what’s going on that’s if he had not purchased through Sweetwater Music if you didn’t then my only advice is to contact the support.
I wish you the best luck. If you think you’re going through trouble it’s crazy what I got here in California but I’m learning and boy it’s no joke.

Ok I have an Roland R8mkii
Setting on the drum machine where turn on or off the instruments on the note names/note numbers after pressing button number 3.
Then Select MIDI
Then the instrument list that’s on the display example: instrument name/G#5 by pressing (-) for off pressing for + on holding down shift Key simultaneously.
Can you apply the same function too Superior Drummer 3 on the Mac ?
