Scott, I have no idea what you’re looking at but not only did I purchase Jazz Ballad piano but I also bought Jazz midi. It shows up in my products as a recent purchase. Also, in the Product Manager, it shows up as installed and ready to use. However, it doesn’t show up in the browser in EX keys. I need this now. Please help me figure this out.
