ATGuitar_NinjaI just ran into the same problem with Reaper 6.19, Slate Trigger 2 and Superior Drummer 2 upon upgrading to a new gaming laptop for audio and video stuffs.
Add this folder to the plugin list and rescan, or update, or whatever your DAW does to find VST plugins:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST2\Toontrack
the superior drummer .dll is in that folder by default.
