If you downloaded it, Toontrack doesn’t give refunds. Doesn’t matter if you haven’t used it, doesn’t matter if you purchased the wrong software by accident. They’ve put it in the terms and conditions that if you clicked download then they will not help you with a refund.
You would have had to confirm you agreed to these terms and conditions at checkout.
For the record, I contacted support about this and if anyone else wants to know the answer to this question: Toontrack chooses not to refund anything you’ve downloaded.
Doesn’t matter if you bought the wrong product by accident, doesn’t matter if it’s not suitable for your project, doesn’t matter if it doesn’t work on your system.
If you’ve downloaded it, they choose not to refund you for any reason.
